The Ministry of Finance announced that, starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026, online registration for the reinstatement of suspended pension payments is now available via free text message to 3346.

 

Ministry of Finance:

 

- The message must include the applicant's full name, national ID number, occupation, and mother's name.

 

- Applications will only be accepted from the applicant themselves; no representatives will be accepted.

 

- Please ensure the accuracy of the phone number from which the application is sent, as this is the official means of communication. The application will be reviewed, and procedures will be completed later.

 

Minister of Finance Mohammed Yasser Barnieh clarified that eligible categories include retired military personnel; civilians whose salaries were suspended during the revolution due to their support for it; defected military personnel who did not return to service and have reached retirement age; officials who supported the revolution and did not participate in any violations; retired military personnel after 2011 whose hands are not stained with crimes against the Syrian people; and the heirs of all eligible individuals in these categories.
